We offer a wide variety of products: liquids, gels, lotions, ointments, balms, cremes and powders.  These include natural formulations, from cruelty free and vegan, through to commercial formulations for FMCG products.

Product categories include but are not limited to: personal care, skin and body, hair, baby ranges, deodorises, pet care, cleaning products, sanitisers and disinfectants both domestic and commercial.

Natural means wherever possible, our product ingredients are derived from plants, minerals, salts and purified waters.  Products must be functional with a focus on continual improvement and best practice. Almost all skin care ingredients undergo extraction and preservation processing such as freeze drying, milling, refining, deodorising, heat extraction, cold expression and some incidental inputs and preservation as required. An example of this is kakadu plum, an Australian native extract and ingredient. Kakadu plums are harvested, washed, and extracted using water and glycerin and preserved with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. On label, this ingredient is simply listed as Terminalia ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Fruit Extract by its International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) name. These are systematic names internationally recognized to identify cosmetic ingredients. Even natural plant derived raw ingredients may have multiple inputs in the processing stages.

We manufacture vegan and organic products. We do not offer organic certification of skin care products.

Product claims are the sole responsibility the brand owner.  We do not endorse, advocate, or guarantee any claims a customer makes. 

No.  Our products are not test on animals.

Most products have a shelf life of 1-3 years from date of manufacture. We recommend to have a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol to indicate period for best use after opening which is advised upon finalising your formulation. 

We offer prompt service and versatility to companies as required to assist both start up and established businesses. MOQ on finished product is 1,000units on most products.  Tube filling MOQ is 5,000units. Bulk manufacture is generally 500Kg (smaller batches are available for a surcharge.  Specialised formulation MOQ’s are determined once all ingredient requirements are identified.

Capability: Bulk manufacturing capability of 55,000+Kg of product per day. Finished product in excess of 100,000 products per day. Production equipment for both hot and cold process lines which are semi or fully automated. Pack and pick services offer 5,000sqm of storage capacity. 

With decades of experience we understand that prompt service is essential in both domestic and international trade. Once all components are on our floor our turnaround on finished products is generally 2-4 weeks subject to order size.

New product development (NDP) lead time is primarily driven by the information you provide. This can take as little as a few weeks to a few months depending on the product kind, formula and ingredients. Contact our team to obtain a NDP brief to progress your product through development, sampling and final product manufacture. 

Pricing is subject to the type of product, size, ingredients, packaging and order quantity.  We aim to make your brand competitive through our established competitive supply chain.

Payment is 50% deposit upon order and balance payable prior to dispatch.  We accept direct transfer, telegraphic transfer or direct debit transfer. 

We are internationally certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO GMP 22716:2007 (Good Manufacturing Practice)

Certification requires multiple rigorous independent audits of our processes, systems and premises.  This ensures that products are manufactured to international standards. Manufacturing your product with us ensures you can expand your brand into international markets where certification is a requirement for import.

Adequate preservation of skin care products is essential.  Most 100% natural preservatives have limitations and may not be suitable for application in all products. We offer an extensive range of formulations using preservatives and all natural ingredients that are scientifically proven.

Raw materials (ingredients) are sourced worldwide.  We source premium Australian native extracts, minimising our carbon footprint and utilising renewable local flora derived ingredients.  Other premium quality ingredients are sourced locally or from overseas as required.

Yes. We can offer a full service to supply all product packaging. Or you may choose to supply your own packaging for us to produce your product. Product artwork and label design we require you to supply to our specifications.

Yes we offer a complete fulfilment service; secure storage, pick, pack and logistics servicing domestic and international destinations. 

Orders are packaged as per your requirements.  This may include palletising shipping cartons, drums, pails, IBC’s or full shipping containers.  

YES. Our export department can assist with launching products into international markets. We have decades of experience in exporting overseas to multiple markets.  We understand the regulatory requirements of most regions and can assist with documentation, distribution and brand development into markets.  Feel free to contact us to discuss.

We deliver products nationally in Australia and worldwide.  International markets may be subject to regulatory compliance and our export departments can assist with any questions you may have.

With decades of experience we understand that prompt service is essential in both domestic and international trade.  Once all components are on our floor, turnaround on finished products is generally 2-4 weeks to dispatch from our facility subject to order size.  Where delivery is overseas customs clearance, sea and air freight timeframes may also apply.
